I think this is a great reminder -- regardless of the business environment -- that our marketing activities are most targeted and most valuable when they bring us closer to our targeted customers (and consequently influence their commercial behavior).  It&#039;s a great touchstone when trying to decide what will stay and what will go.]]></description>
